La Fondation Grace Dart s'engage \u00e0 aider et \u00e0 soutenir les personnes a\u00een\u00e9es du Grand Montr\u00e9al. Nous sommes guid\u00e9s par notre strat\u00e9gie de dons qui englobe les cinq domaines de don suivants : besoins essentiels, solitude et isolement, socialisation et d\u00e9veloppement personnel, troubles cognitifs et milieu de vie ; toutefois, nous ne soutenons pas les soins palliatifs. Ces domaines guident nos dons et le choix des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Si vous souhaitez demander un financement pour votre organisation ou votre organisme sans but lucratif, veuillez remplir le formulaire ci-dessous et le soumettre avant 21 octobre 2026, 17 h 00.<\/p>
